Product Introduction

This device is in production, using LinCMOS™ technology and two independent voltage comparators, designed to work on each component of a single power supply. Operation from dual supplies is also possible, with a difference of 1.4 V to 18 V if the two are compared, with extremely high input impedance per device (typically greater than 10 to 12). ), which can be directly connected to a high-impedance source. The output is an N-channel open-drain configuration, which can be connected to achieve positive logic wiring and relationship. The TLC352 is capable of operating from a 1.4-V supply, making this ideal choice for low-voltage battery applications.

The TLC352 has an internal electrostatic discharge (ESD) protection circuit and has been with a 2000-V electrostatic discharge under MIL-STD-883C, with a method test rating of 3015.
