This device is a fabricated trademark using LinCMOS

LinCMOS is a trademark of Texas Instruments. The technology voltage and each of the four independent comparatively inferior designs is designed to operate on a single power supply. Operation from dual supplies is also possible, with a difference of 1.4 V to 18 V if the two are compared, with each device having extremely high input impedance (typically greater than 10 to 12), allowing direct connection to a high impedance source. The output is an N-channel open-drain configuration, which can be connected to achieve positive logic wiring and relationship. The TLC354 is capable of operating at a 1.4 V supply voltage, making this ideal choice for low-voltage battery applications.
