Product introduction

在TLC3702包含两个独立的微电压设计工作于单电源，用现代化的HCMOS逻辑系统兼容比较。它们的功能相似，但使用类似LM339的响应时间之一的权力二十。推挽驱动器的CMOS输出级电源的情况下直接消耗上拉电阻来实现既定的响应时间容性负载。消除了上拉电阻，不仅降低了功耗，而且还节省了电路板空间和元件成本。输出级也完全与TTL兼容的要求。

德州仪器LinCMOS™工艺提供了优越的模拟性能标准CMOS工艺。随着标准的CMOS低功耗优势没有牺牲速度，高输入阻抗和低偏置电流，LinCMOS™工艺提供了非常稳定的输入偏移电压大的差分输入电压。
