• Product Introduction

The TLC3702 includes two independent microvoltage designs that operate on a single power supply and are compatible with a modern HCMOS logic system. They are similar in functionality, but use a power twenty with one of the LM339-like response times. In the case of a push-pull driver's CMOS output stage supply, the pull-up resistor is directly consumed to achieve a given response time capacitive load. Pull-up resistance is eliminated, which not only reduces power consumption but also saves board space and component costs. The output stage is also fully TTL-compliant.

Texas Instruments' LinCMOS trademark process provides superior performance and simulates CMOS process standards. With the standard CMOS low power advantage without sacrificing speed, high input impedance, and low bias current, the LinCMOS trademarked process provides a very stable input offset voltage with a large differential input voltage.
