El TLC3704 consta de cuatro diseños de microvoltaje independientes que operan en un solo suministro, en comparación con la compatibilidad moderna del sistema lógico HCMOS. In the case of push-pull the CMOS output stage power of the driver, the pull-up resistor is directly consumed to achieve a given response time capacitive load. Pull-up resistors are eliminated, reducing power dissipation and saving board space and component cost. The output stage is also fully TTL-compatible as required.

Texas Instruments' LinCMOS process provides superior analog performance on standard CMOS™ processes.
