The TLC3704 consists of four independent microvoltage designs operating on a single supply, compared with modern HCMOS logic system compatibility. They are similar in function but use the LM339's response time 1/20th of similar power. In the case of push-pull the CMOS output stage power of the driver, the pull-up resistor is directly consumed to achieve a given response time capacitive load. Pull-up resistors are eliminated, reducing power dissipation and saving board space and component cost. The output stage is also fully TTL-compatible as required.

Texas Instruments' LinCMOS process provides superior analog performance on standard CMOS™ processes. With the low power consumption of standard CMOS without sacrificing speed, high input impedance, and low bias current, the LinCMOS process provides an extremely stable input offset voltage with a large differential input voltage.
