• Product Introduction

In TLC3704, four independent microvoltage designs operate on a single power supply, compatible with modern HCMOS logic systems. They function similarly but use the LM339's response time of 1/20th of a similar power. In the case of a push-pull driver's CMOS output stage supply, the pull-up resistor is directly consumed to achieve a given response time capacitive load. Pull-up resistance is eliminated, which not only reduces power consumption but also saves board space and component costs. The output stage is also fully TTL-compliant.

Texas Instruments' LinCMOS™ process provides superior analog performance standard CMOS process. With the low-power benefits of standard CMOS without sacrificing speed, high input impedance, and low bias current, the LinCMOS process provides an extremely stable input offset voltage large differential input voltage.
