This device is fabricated, using LinCMOS™ technology and two independent voltage comparators, designed to work on a single power supply for each component. Operation from dual supplies is also possible if the difference between the two provides 2 V to 18 five, each with extremely high input impedance (typically greater than 10).12Ω），High impedance sources are allowed to be connected directly. The output is an N-channel open-drain configuration that can be connected for positive logic wires and relationships.

The TLC372 has an internal electrostatic discharge (ESD) protection circuit and has been classified with a 1000-V electrostatic discharge using a mannequin test grade. However, we should be especially careful to handle contact electrostatic discharge that may cause degradation of the performance parameters of this device.
