Product Introduction

This device is in production, using LinCMOS™ technology and two independent voltage comparators, designed to work on each component of a single power supply. Operation from dual supplies is also possible, if the difference between the two provides 2 V to 18 V, each device has extremely high input impedance (typically greater than 10 12 Ω), allowing direct connection of the impedance source high. The output is an N-channel open-drain configuration, which can be connected to achieve positive logic wiring and relationship.

The TLC372 has an internal electrostatic discharge (ESD) protection circuit and has been classified with an electrostatic discharge of 1000-V using a manikin test grade. However, contact electrostatic discharge that we should handle with special care may cause the performance parameters of this device to degrade.
