These differences quadruple with LinCMOSTMThe technology works by comparing four independent designs with a single supply voltage. Operation from dual supplies is also possible if the difference between the two provides 2 V to 18 five, each with extremely high input impedance (typically greater than 10).12 ), allowing direct connection of high impedance sources. The output is an N-channel open-drain configuration that can be connected for positive logic wires and relationships.

The TLC374 has an internal electrostatic discharge (ESD) protection circuit and has been classified with a 1000-V electrostatic discharge using a mannequin test grade. However, we should be especially careful to handle contact electrostatic discharge that may cause degradation of the performance parameters of this device.
