Product Introduction

The TLC193 and TLC393 include dual independent microvoltage designs that operate on a single supply comparator. They function similarly but use one-twentieth the power of LM393-like response times. Open-drain output stage MOS tube interface, one load and supplies. For devices with similar push-pull output configurations (see TLC3702 datasheet).

Texas Instruments' LinCMOS™ process provides superior analog performance standard CMOS process. With the low power benefits of standard CMOS without sacrificing speed, high input impedance, and low bias current, the LinCMOS™ process provides tremely stable input offset voltages even with a few volts of differential input.
