This TLC4501 is the highest precision and TLC4502 CMOS single-supply rail-to-rail op amp available today.The input bias voltage is typical for uV UV and 40 to 10 maximum.This exceptional accuracy, combined with a 4.7-MHz bandwidth, 2.5-V/we kill rate, 50-mA output driven, is ideal for multiple applications including: data acquisition systems, inspection equipment, industrial control applications, and portable digital scales.

These amplifiers feature self-calibrating circuitry where the digital input bias voltage reaches less than 40 uV in the first 300 ms operation.The displacement digits are then stored in a comprehensive successive approximation register (SAR).Immediately after data storage, the signal path of the calibration circuit falls out, shuts down, and devices the function of a standard op amp.
