The ICL7135C and TLC7135C converters are manufactured by Texas Instruments for high efficiency CMOS technology. These four 1/2-digit, bipolar integrated, analog-to-digital converters (ADCs) provide a design interface with both a microprocessor and a visual display. The digital drive outputs to D4 and multiplexed binary encoded decimal outputs B1, B2, B4 D1 and B8 provide an LED or LCD decoder/driver as well as a microprocessor interface.

The TLC7135C offers a resolution of ICL7135C and 50 ppm (one in 20,000 sections) with its maximum linearity error. Zero error less than 10μV and zero drift less than 0.5μV/°C Low input current (less than 10 Pa) with minimized source impedance error.
