The TLE202x and TLE202xA devices use a new Texas Instruments process for the precision, high speed, low power amplifier of the Excalibe Sword.The combination of the best features of these devices, Chapter XXI kills with altitude increase rate and unity gain bandwidth.

Using the stitching process of complementary bipolar disorder, isolated vertical PNP yields amazing advances in unity-gain bandwidth and kill rates over similar devices.

The addition of a bias circuit combined with this process results in very stable parameters over time and temperature.This means that a precision device is still a precision device with temperature changes even for many years of use.

This combination of excellent DC performance with a common-mode input voltage range, including a negative rail, makes these devices ideal for newcomers in single-supply or split-supply configurations in signal processing applications.
