Product Introduction

The JFET-input series of low-energy TLE206x op-amp doubles and TL03x older TL06x BiFET families have no significant increase in power consumption.Texas Instruments also provides a low noise and TL03x floor for the Excalibur sword process.The Zener trimmed offset voltage accuracy class for samples is DC-coupled for applications with yields.pin-compatible TL206x device with other titanium BiFETs; They can be used in dual-bandwidth TL06x and TL03x circuits, or in order to reduce power consumption, TL07x TL05x circuits, and TL08x by nearly 90%.

BiFETs provide inherently-higher op-amp input impedance without sacrificing the JFET-input transistor amplifier output drive that is associated with biphasic mental disorder.
