Product Introduction

The JFET input op amp series features dual multi-TLE208x bandwidth and triple service BiFET amplifiers TL07x and TL08x home slew rates. The TLE208x also has a wider range of supply voltage rails, increasing the circuit's BiFET dynamic signal range to ± 19 pieces of five-piece Zener offset voltage to produce greater trimming accuracy levels for accuracy in DC-coupled applications. The TLE208x is pin-compatible with a moderate and lower-performance BiFET op amp that improves the performance of existing designs.

The BiFET of the op-amp provides a higher input impedance for the JFET input transistor itself, without sacrificing the output to drive the bipolar amplifier.
