The JFET input op amp series has the bandwidth of the dual multi-TLE208x and the TL07x and TL08x family slew rates of the triple service BiFET amplifiers. The TLE208x also has a wider supply voltage rail, increasing the BiFET dynamic signal range of the circuit to ± 19 five-chip Zener offset voltages to produce greater trimming accuracy levels of accuracy in DC-coupled applications. The TLE208x is a pin-compatible mitigation with lower performance BiFET op amps that improve the performance of existing designs.

Op amp BiFETs provide JFET input transistors with their own higher input impedance without sacrificing output to drive bipolar amplifiers.
