Product introduction

The TLE214x and TLE214xA devices are high performance, internally compensated due to the use of Texas Instruments complementary bipolar Excalibur process operational amplifiers. It is a tight TLE214xA that cancels the TLE214x voltage level. These two are industry products that are pin-compatible upgrade standards.

The design uses an input stage while achieving 10.5 noise Nevada in the low audio band/ /100 - pF load fast actuator/positioning drive is very useful. The settling time under similar test conditions was 0.01%, which was 400 nanoseconds.

These devices are stable, capacitively loaded up to 10 nF, although the bandwidth at 6 MHz drops to this high load level of 1.8 MHz. Therefore, the TLE214x and TLE214xA are useful for low sag sample-and-holder and direct buffering of long cables, including 4 mA to 20 mA current loop.
