TLE8444SL is a quad half-bridge motor driver IC, quad half-bridge power output, on-resistance less than 1.3 ohms, parallel interface control half-bridge output, inverting and inverting inputs to reduce the number of MC connections, low power consumption in sleep mode, less than 5uA, 3.3V/5V compatible input, with short circuit, over-temperature protection and built-in diagnostic features such as over-voltage and under-voltage lock-up, open circuit detection, etc., targeted applications in single or double pole loads, stepper motors and DC brushed motors.
