The TLK100 is a single-port Ethernet 10BaseT and 100Base sends signals to the physical layer. It integrates all the functions required by the physical layer to send and receive standard twisted pair cable data. This device supports standard Media Independent Interface (MII) that connects directly to the Media Access Controller (MAC).

The TLK100 is designed for power supply flexibility and can operate on a single 3.3V supply or a combination of 3.3V, with 1.8V and 1.1V reduced power running supplies.

The TLK100 uses mixed-signal processing technology for balancing, data recovery and error correction, enabling reliable operation of Category 5 twisted pairs. It is not only compliant with the requirements of 802.
