Product Introduction

The TLV1391 is a differential comparator, manufactured using Texas Instruments' low-voltage, high-speed bipolar process. These devices have been specifically developed for use in low-voltage, single-supply applications. Its enhanced performance makes them an excellent alternative to the LM393 in improved 3 V and 5 V system designs.

Its typical TLV1391 and supply is only 80 microamps, making it ideal for low-power systems. The response time has also been improved to 0.7 microseconds.
