Product Introduction

The TLV230x binder micropackage is packaged into a single micro-power supply micro-power op-amp that can generate a current of only 1.4 microamps, signal conditioning and comparison. This combination allows the design board space to be lowered system, which requires an op-amp and part of the comparison count. The low supply current makes it ideal for battery-powered, portable applications where quiescent current is a primary concern. The reverse battery protects the guard from an overcurrent condition due to a bad battery mounting amplifier. Suitable for harsh environments, the input can take the above positive power rail without damage to the equipment 5 volts.

The TLV230x's low supply current coupled with extremely low input bias current makes them ideal for portable, long-term active life, applications made with megaohm resistors.
