Product introduction

The TLV230x combines sub-microencapsulation into a single micropower op amp that can generate currents of only 1.4 microamps excellent for supply micropower op amps, signal conditioning and comparison. This combination allows the design of board space, reducing part of the system, which requires an op amp and comparison count. The low supply current makes it ideal for battery-powered portable applications where quiescent current is a primary concern. Reverse battery protection guards the amplifier mounted from an overcurrent condition due to poor battery installation. Suitable for harsh environments, the input can take the above positive rail to the equipment without damage of 5 volts.

The TLV230x's low supply current coupled with extremely low input bias current makes them ideal for portable, long-live, and applications made with megohm-ohm.
