This is the TLV244x and TLV244xA low voltage operational amplifier from Texas Instruments.Devices with a common-mode input voltage range have been extended to typical standard CMOS op amps, making them suitable for a wide range of applications.In addition, these devices do not have common-mode inputs that are inverted when driving with the power rails.This meets most design requirements and does not require a premium rail-to-rail input performance.At the same time, they demonstrate rail-to-rail output performance for increased dynamic range in single-, or split-supply applications.In this family is fully characterized and 3-V 5V replenished and optimized for low-voltage operation.Both devices offer comparable AC performance while having lower noise, input bias voltage, and power consumption than existing CMOS op amps.
