The TLV245x is a family of rail-to-rail input/output operational amplifiers that set new performance points for supply current and AC performance. These devices consume only 23 μA/channel while providing a gain bandwidth of 220 kHz, which is a higher supply current level than competitive devices. With the addition of AC performance, the amplifier provides high output drive capability, addressing the major drawbacks of older microrail-to-rail input/output op amps. The oscillating TLV245x loads 2.5 mA at 250 mV driving per rail. Both input and output swing pairs increase the dynamic range rail in low voltage applications. This performance makes portable medical devices, patient monitoring systems, and data acquisition circuits ideal for the TLV245x family.
