Product Introduction

The TLV245x is a rail-to-rail input/output operational amplifier series that sets new performance points for supply current and AC performance. These devices consume only 23 microamps/channel while providing a gain bandwidth of 220 kHz, which is higher than competing devices in the supply current level. With the addition of AC performance, the amplifier provides high output drive capability, addressing the major drawbacks of microrail-to-rail input/output operational amplifiers for seniors. The swingable TLV245x has a load of 2.5 mA at 250 mV per rail. Both input and output swing pairs increase dynamic range rails in low-voltage applications. This performance makes the TLV245x ideal for portable medical devices, patient monitoring systems, data acquisition circuits for the home
