The TLV247x is a CMOS rail-to-rail input family/output that establishes supply current with AC performance, a new performance point op amp. These devices consume only 600 μA per channel while providing a gain-bandwidth product of 2.8 MHz. With the addition of AC performance, the amplifier provides high output drive capability, addressing the major disadvantage of the elderly of micropower op amps. The oscillating TLV247x is 180 mV per rail while driving a 10 mA load. For applications by non-reproduction rights organizations, TLV247x can provide 500 ±35 milliamps to close the railways. Both input and output swing pairs increase the dynamic range rail in low voltage applications. This performance makes sensor interfaces, portable medical devices, and other data acquisition circuits ideal for the TLV247x family.
