The TLV247x is a family of CMOS rail-to-rail input/supply current, which establishes a new AC performance with performance point outputoperational amplifiers. These devices consume only 600μA/channel while providing a gain-bandwidth product of 2.8MHz. With the addition of AC performance, the amplifier provides high output drive capability, addressing the major disadvantage of the elderly of micropower op amps. The oscillating TLV247x operates at 180mV on each rail while driving a 10mA load. For applications from non-reproduction rights organizations, TLV247x can provide a derailment ± of 500mV and thirty-five milliamps. Both input and output swing pairs increase the dynamic range rail in low voltage applications. This performance makes sensor interfaces, portable medical devices, and other data acquisition circuits ideal for the TLV247x family.
