Product Introduction

The TLV262x single-supply op amp provides a rail-to-rail input range, including a positive rail output. The TLV262x extends the industrial temperature range (-40°C to 125°C) while adding rail-to-rail output swing capability when the minimum operating supply voltage drops to 2.7V. The TLV262x also offers a bandwidth of 11 MHz from a supply current of only 800μA. The recommended maximum supply voltage is 5.5 volts, where, when coupled with a minimum of 2.7-V, the device is allowed to operate from a lithium-ion battery. The combination of wide bandwidth, low noise, and low distortion makes it ideal for high-speed and high-resolution data converter applications. The positive input range allows it to be connected directly to the positive power referral system.
