Product introduction

The TLV262x single-supply op amp provides rail-to-rail input range, including the active rail output. The TLV262x adds rail-to-rail output swing capability while extending the industrial temperature range (-40°C to 125°C) with a minimum operating supply voltage drop of 2.7V. The TLV262x also offers an 11 MHz bandwidth from a supply current of only 800 μA. The recommended maximum supply voltage is 5.5 volts, which, when coupled with a minimum of 2.7-V, allows the device to operate from a lithium-ion battery. The combination of wide bandwidth, low noise and low distortion makes it ideal for high speed and high resolution data converter applications. The positive input range allows it to be connected directly to the positive power referral system.
