Product Introduction

The TLV263x single-supply op amp provides a range of rail-to-rail inputs and outputs, including ground. The TLV263x adds rail-to-rail outputswing capabilities while extending the industrial temperature range (-40°C to 125°C) when the minimum operating supply voltage drops to 2.7V. The TLV263x also offers a 9 MHz gain bandwidth product from a supply current of only 730μA. The recommended maximum supply voltage is 5.5 volts, where, when coupled with a minimum of 2.7-V, the device is allowed to operate from a lithium-ion battery.

The combination of wide bandwidth, low noise, and low distortion makes it ideal for high-speed and high-resolution data converter applications. The ground input range allows it to be directly connected to the short name of the surface rail system.
