The TLV27x operates over the extended industrial temperature range of 2.7 V at the minimum operating supply voltage while adding rail-to-rail output swing capability. This makes it an ideal alternative to the TLC27x family where rail-to-rail output swing is essential. The TLV27x also offers a bandwidth from only 550 μA to 3 MHz.

Like the TLC27x, it is fully specified for TLV27x 5-V and ± 5 V power supplies. The recommended maximum supply voltage is 16 volts, which enables the device to operate from a variety of rechargeable batteries (± 8 V supplies as low as ± 1.35 V).

Enabling the use of a CMOS input high impedance sensor interface with low voltage makes an attractive alternative operation for the TLC27x in battery-powered applications.
