Product Introduction

The TLV27x operates from a minimum operating supply voltage over an extended industrial temperature range of 2.7 V with the addition of rail-to-rail output swing capability. This makes it an ideal replacement for applications where rail-to-rail output swing is essential for the TLC27x family. The TLV27x also offers bandwidth from only 550 microamps to 3 MHz.

Like the TLC27x, is a fully specified TLV27x 5-V and ± 5 V power supply. The recommended maximum supply voltage is 16 volts, which allows the device to operate from a wide range of rechargeable batteries (± 8 V from a supply down to ± 1.35 V).

Enabling the use of CMOS inputs for a high-impedance sensor interface with low voltage makes the TLC27x an attractive alternative operation in battery-powered applications.
