The TLV276x single-supply op amp provides a bandwidth of only 20 μA at 500 kHz and operates over an industrial temperature range of 1.8 V. The recommended maximum supply voltage is 3.6 volts, which allows the device to operate (± 1.8 V supply as low as ± 0.9 V) with two AA or AAA batteries. These devices are characterized at 1.8 V (author: 2 AA (a) cell end-of-life) and 2.4 V (rated voltage of 2NiC/NiMH batteries).
