The TLV277x CMOS op amp has a high family of bonding and bandwidth, rail-to-rail output swing, high output drive, and excellent dc accuracy.The device offers a V/μs kill rate of 10.5 and a bandwidth of 5.1 MHz while consuming only 1 MA Ying-jeou in the current per channel. supplyThis AC performance is much higher than current competitive CMOS power amplifiers.This rail-to-rail output swing and high output drive are a good choice for manufacturing these tools, driving analog inputs, or reference analog digital converters.These units also have low distortion 600 when driving -Used for telecommunication system loads.

There is a 360-μV input bias voltage for these amplifiers, 17 Vetic/hertzInput noise voltage, and a 2-pA input bias current are measured for medical, and industrial applications.
