Product Introduction

The TLV278x supplies one operational amp input and output capability to provide rail-to-rail.Extends to 180 V (-40° industrial temperature range to 125°C) at minimal TLV278x supply voltage with the addition of a C-rail to rail output swing feature.The TLV278x 8 is also available with a supply current of only 650μA MHz bandwidth.The maximum recommended supply voltage is 3.6 V, allowing the device to operate (± 1.8 V supply from down to ±0.9 V) for two primary cells.

The combination of wide bandwidth, low noise, and low distortion makes it ideal for high-speed and high-resolution data converter applications.

All members can play in PDIP, Renewal, SOIC, Small SOT-23 Singles), MSOP (TSSOP), (Double Blade (Four Tubes).
