The TLV278x single-supply op amp provides rail-to-rail input and output capability. Operating from a minimum supply voltage as low as 1.8 V, the TLV278x adds rail-to-rail output swing capability while extending the industrial temperature range (-40°C to 125°C). The TLV278x also provides 8 bandwidths from the supply current of only 650 μA MHz. The recommended maximum supply voltage is 3.6 volts, which allows the device to operate from a ± 1.8 V supply down to ± 0.9 V from two rechargeable batteries.

The combination of wide bandwidth, low noise and low distortion makes it ideal for high speed and high resolution data converter applications.

All members can adopt PDIP, SOIC and the newer, smaller SOT-23 (singles), with MSOP (dual) and TSSOP (quad core).
