Product Introduction

The TLV278x single-supply op amp provides rail-to-rail input and output capability. The TLV278x operates from a minimum operating supply voltage as low as 1.8 V, extending the industrial temperature range (-40°C to 125°C) while adding rail-to-rail output swing capability. The TLV278x also provides 8 bandwidths from the supply current of 650 microamperes MHz. The recommended maximum supply voltage is 3.6 volts, which allows the device to operate from two rechargeable batteries from a ± 1.8 V supply down to ± 0.9 V).

The combination of wide bandwidth, low noise, and low distortion makes it ideal for high-speed and high-resolution data converter applications.

All members can adopt PDIP, SOIC and the newer, smaller SOT - 23 (singles) with MSOP (dual) and TSSOP (quad core).
