Product Introduction

This TLV3011 is a low-power, open-drain output comparator; The TLV3012 is the push-pull output comparator. These two functions are not submitted as on-chip voltage references. Both have a quiescent current of 5μA (maximum), with an input common-mode range of 200mV beyond the power rail, and a single power supply operating between 1.8V and 5.5V. The integrated 1.242V voltage reference series offers drift as low as 100 ppm/°C (maximum), stable capacitive loads up to 10nF, and can deliver output currents up to 0.5mA (typical value).

The TLV3011 and TLV3012 can be found in most compact SOT23-6 spaces with conservative design schemes. It also saves SC70 packaging by providing larger circuit board areas. These two versions specify a temperature range of -40°C and a temperature range of 125°C
