The TLV340x is Texas Instruments' first nanopower comparison home with only 470 nA of supply current per channel, making this ideal choice for battery-powered and wireless handheld device applications.

The TLV340x has a voltage range of 2.7 minimum operating supply V while having a low input common-mode range of -0.1 to V CC + 5 V at extended industrial temperatures (T A = -40°C to 125°C), making it ideal for battery-powered, portable applications where quiescent current is a primary concern. The reverse battery protects the guard from an overcurrent condition due to a bad battery mounting amplifier. Suitable for harsh environments, the input can take the above positive power rail without damage to the equipment 5 volts.
