Product Introduction

The TLV3701 is part of Texas Instruments' first home for nanopower comparison, with only 560 nA supply current, making it ideal for low-power applications.

The TLV3701 has a voltage of 2.7 T minimum operating power supply V over an extended temperature range A = -40°C to 125°C, while there is an input common-mode range of -0.1 to V CC + 5 V low supply current makes it ideal for battery-powered portable applications where quiescent current is a primary concern. The reverse battery protects the guard from an overcurrent condition due to a bad battery mounting amplifier. Suitable for harsh environments, the input can take the above positive power rail without damage to the equipment 5 volts.
