This TLV4120 supplies an operating differential amplifier that provides a differential output current of more than 200 mA for 5 V applications that enable the amplifier to be used as a high current line driver, buffer, or coil driver.The TLV4120 has a shutdown feature that reduces the supply current down to 6 amnesty amplifier applications when it is inactive.

This is available in the ultrasmall TLV4120 MSOP™PowerPAD package, which provides a unique thermal impedance amplifier to deliver the level of high current required.
