TLV61225 A single-cell high-efficiency boost converter in a 6-pin SC-70 package

The TLV61225 provides a power solution for products powered by a single cell or two alkaline or nickel-metal hydride batteries, or a single lithium primary battery. The possible output current depends on the ratio of the input to output voltage. The boost converter is based on a hysteresis controller that employs synchronous rectification to obtain the lowest quiescent current efficiency and highest efficiency. The device's output voltage is set to an internally fixed output voltage of 3.3 V, and the converter is switchable off by a featured enable pin. and being turned off, battery consumption is minimized. The device measures 2 mm × 2 mm in a 6-pin SC-70 package (DCK), enabling the size of small circuit layouts.
