The TLV62065 is a step forward in the synchronization of efficient step-down DC-DC converters. It can provide up to 2.0A of output current.

With a device in the input voltage range of 2.9V to 5.5V, the 5V or 3.3V system power rails are a perfect combination for power conversion. The TLV62065 operates at a fixed frequency of 3MHz and in power-saving mode at light load currents to maintain high efficiency over the entire load current range. For low-noise applications, TLV62065 can force into fixed-frequency PWM mode with the MODE pin pulled high.

In shutdown mode, current consumption drops to less than 1μA for internal circuit and output capacitor discharge.
