TMP101    Digital temperature sensor with I2C serial interface and programmable temperature regulation/alarm function 

Explanation   The two-wire serial output temperature sensors for the TMP100 and TMP101 use SOT23-6 packages. Without external components, the TMP100 and TMP101 can read and capability with a temperature resolution of 0.0625 °C The TMP100 and TMP101 feature SMBus and I2C™ interface compatibility with TMP100, allowing up to 8 devices on a single bus. The TMP101 offers SMBus alarm functionality, with up to three bus devices available. The TMP100 and TMP101 are ideal choices for various extended temperature measurements in communications, computers, consumer, environmental, industrial, and instrumentation applications. TMP100 and TMP101 are designated for operating temperatures above -55°C, with a temperature range of 125°C   Characteristics   Digital output: I2C serial 2 lines Solution: 9 to 12 bits, user-selectable Accuracy: ± 2.0 from -25°C to +85°C (maximum) ± 3.0 from -55°C to +125°C (maximum) Low quiescent current: 0.1μA standby at 45μA Wide power supply voltage range: 2.7V to 5.5V Compact SOT23 - 6 package Application Power supply temperature monitoring Computer peripheral thermal protection Laptops Mobile phones Battery management Office machines Thermostat control Environmental monitoring and HVAC Electromechanical equipment temperature
