The TMP103 is a digital output temperature sensor in a 4-ball wafer-level chip scale package (WCSP package). The TMP103 reads temperature with a resolution of up to 1°C.

The TMP103 has an AND I^{2 C}A two-wire interface that is compatible with SMBus. In addition, the interface supports multiple device access (MDA) commands, allowing the master controller to communicate with multiple devices on the bus simultaneously, eliminating the need to send commands to each TMP103 on the bus individually.

Up to eight TMP103s can be connected in parallel and easily read by the host. The TMP103 is ideal for power-sensitive, power-sensitive applications with multiple temperature measurement regions that must be monitored.

The TMP103 is specified for operation from -40°C to +125°C.
