The TMP105 is a two-wire serial output temperature sensor in a WCSP package. With no external components, the TMP105 is readable with a temperature resolution of 0.0625°C

The TMP105 has a two-wire interface, SMBus compatible with the TMP105 allowing two devices on one bus. The TMP105 has an SMBus alarm function.

The TMP105 is ideal for a wide range of extended temperature measurements in communications, computer, consumer, environmental, industrial and instrumentation applications.

The TMP105 specifies a temperature range of -40°C to 125°C
