The TMP105 is a two-wire serial output temperature sensor using the WCSP package. Without the need for external components, the TMP105 reads and capables with a temperature resolution of 0.0625 °C

The TMP105 features a two-wire interface, SMBus compatible with the TMP105, allowing two devices on one bus. The TMP105 features an SMBus alarm function.

The TMP105 is an ideal choice for a wide range of extended temperature measurements in communications, computers, consumer, environmental, industrial, and instrumentation applications.

The TMP105 is specified to operate within a temperature range of -40°C and 125°C
