Der TMP121 und der TMP123 sind SPI-kompatible Temperatursensoren in einem kleinen SOT23-6-Gehäuse. Ohne externe Komponenten sind die TMP121 und TMP123 in der Lage, Temperaturen bei 2 °C mit einer Genauigkeit von -40 °C über einen Temperaturbereich von 125 °C zu messen Der niedrige Versorgungsstrom und der Versorgungsspannungsbereich von 2,7 V bis 5,5 V machen die TMP121 und TMP123 zu hervorragenden Kandidaten für Low-Power-Anwendungen.
