Product Introduction

The TMP121 and TMP123 are SPI-compatible temperature sensors in a compact SOT23-6 package. Without the need for external components, the TMP121 and TMP123 are capable of measuring temperatures with accuracy of 2°C and temperatures in the temperature range of -40°C with a temperature range of 125°C Low power supply current and voltage ranges from 2.7 V to 5.5 V make the TMP121 and TMP123 excellent candidates for low-power applications.

The TMP121 and TMP123 are ideal for a wide range of thermal measurements for extended communications, computer, consumer, environmental, industrial, and instrumentation applications.
