Product Introduction

The TMP122 is an SPI-compliant temperature sensor in a SOT23-6 package. All that is required is a pull-up resistor for a fully functional TMP122 temperature sensor that is capable of measuring temperatures with accuracy of over 2°C over -55°C over a temperature range of 125°C and operating at up to 150°C Programmable resolution, programmable setpoints, and shutdown functions provide versatility for any application. The low supply current and supply voltage range from 2.7 V to 5.5 V make the TMP122 ideal for low-power applications.

The TMP122 is ideal for a wide range of thermal measurements extended to communications, computer, consumer, environmental, idustrial, and instrumentation applications.
