The TMP125 is an SPI-compliant temperature sensor in a small SOT23-6 package. Without the need for external components, the TMP125 is capable of measuring temperatures over -25°C with an accuracy of 2°C to +85°C and 2.5°C with an accuracy of -40°C to +125°C The low supply current and supply voltage range from 2.7V to 5.5V make the TMP125 ideal for low-power applications.

The TMP125 is ideal for a wide range of thermal measurements extended to communications, computer, consumer, environmental, industrial, and instrumentation applications.
