The TMP125 is an SPI-compatible temperature sensor in a small SOT23-6 package. Without the need for external components, the TMP125 is capable of measuring temperatures over the temperature range of -25°C with an accuracy of 2°C to +85°C and an accuracy of 2.5°C from -40°C to +125°C Low supply current and supply voltage range from 2.7V to 5.5V make the TMP125 ideal for low-power applications.
