TMP141 Digital output temperature sensor

The TMP141 is a digital output temperature sensor that utilizes a single-wire SensorPath interface. The TMP141's ability to measure temperatures over -25°C with accuracy of 2°C to +85°C and 3°C accuracy from -40°C to +125°C and low supply current and supply voltage range from 2.7V to 5.5V makes the TMP141 a good candidate for a wide range of applications with low power consumption. The TMP141 is available in SOT23-6 and MSOP-8 packages.
