The TMP20 is a CMOS high precision analog output temperature sensor in a tiny SOT563 package. The TMP20 to +130° operates on a 2.7V supply voltage with a current supply from 4μA to 5.5V C from -55°C. Operation down to 1.8V is possible for temperatures between 15°C and +130°C The slope of the linear transfer function is - 11.77mV/°C (typical) and there is a 1.8639V (typical) output voltage at 0°C The TMP20 has an accuracy across the entire specified temperature range of -55°C± 2.5°C to +130°C

The TMP204μA (max) supply current limits the device to heating to less than 0.01°C When V+ is less than 0.5V, the device is in shutdown mode and consumes less than 20nA (typical).
